Executes all procurement tasks, such as contacting suppliers, getting quotations, negotiating purchases and contracts, and evaluating indirect suppliers
Creates RFQs and RFPs, manages tenders, and handles internal coordination using SAP Ariba
Creates Purchase Orders and Contracts using SAP Ariba
Manages administrative tasks for all related processes
Assists the line manager in executing policies and department strategies
Assists in implementing the centralized procurement function in the company
Prepares, maintains, and distributes various reports (such as spend analysis) for the team and management
